Tax Advisory Services in Dubai, UAE
Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing and FTA support for UAE businesses, from registration and filing through to structuring and disputes.
Overview
Tax obligations increasingly affect business decisions throughout the year. We support businesses with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing and cross-border tax matters, combining technical compliance with practical commercial advice.
UAE tax now touches almost every commercial decision: how a group is structured, how related parties charge each other, how invoices are issued and how profits are reported. We treat Corporate Tax and VAT together rather than as separate compliance exercises, so the position you file is one you can explain and defend if the Federal Tax Authority asks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most UAE companies must register, including free zone companies whose income may qualify for the 0% rate, as well as individuals carrying on business above the threshold. Registration deadlines depend on when the company was incorporated or licensed.
0% on taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% above that, with separate rules for Qualifying Free Zone Persons and for large multinational groups.
Registration becomes mandatory once the value of your taxable supplies and imports exceeds AED 375,000 over the previous 12 months, or is expected to within the next 30 days. Voluntary registration is available from AED 187,500, and that threshold can be met by taxable supplies, imports or taxable expenses — so a business still building revenue can often register on its costs alone.
What actually counts towards either figure depends on what you supply. Some supplies are standard-rated, some zero-rated, some exempt and some fall outside the scope altogether, so two businesses with identical revenue can reach very different conclusions. Tell us what your business does and we will confirm where you stand before a deadline decides it for you.
Related-party transactions must be priced at arm’s length and disclosed with the Corporate Tax return. Whether a Master File and Local File are also required depends on revenue thresholds, which we explain in our article on transfer pricing documentation.
If your annual revenue is AED 50 million or more, you must have an Accredited Service Provider appointed by 30 October 2026 and be issuing e-invoices from 1 January 2027. Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025 originally set the appointment deadline at 31 July 2026; Ministerial Decision No. 66 of 2026 moved it to 30 October 2026 and left the go-live date unchanged. Businesses below that threshold follow in later phases.
Missing the appointment deadline carries a penalty for each month or part month it runs on, so the date matters even while the system is not yet live. These deadlines have already shifted once, so we confirm your position against the Ministerial Decisions currently in force rather than against an earlier plan.
An appointed Accredited Service Provider, a billing system that can produce every field the format requires, and clean master data — tax registration numbers, addresses and customer records. Most of the work is data and process rather than software, which is why starting early matters more than choosing a vendor quickly.
No. The reform does not change what makes an invoice valid. It changes how invoices are transmitted and validated, so an invalid invoice is rejected at the point of issue rather than discovered months later during a review.
